"My creative space is my sanctuary. I rarely allow others inside, especially with a camera and a microphone. When you meet someone for the first time, there's an immediate connection. Some good, some bad, others uncertain. I met Sharad Khare on November 11, 2008 for an interview with Urban Mixer. We sat, chatted art, shook hands and parted. Since then we've repeated these artistic encounters more than a few times. Each time more memorable than the last. On Feb 9, 2011 Sharad came to a very special place for an in depth interview. Inside to the walls of my inner sanctuary at the Silo Studio. We sat, chatted art, but this time, after the interview was complete, we went to shake hands and both went for a hug. He truly is an amazing interviewer. His energy is present where ever he is. Even inside a big rusty tin can, he shines. From that day on, Sharad is always welcome inside my creative space. I look forward to each and every interview with him". -Brent Ray Fraser
