"What I loved about doing the interview with Sharad was his unique approach. I have done quite a few interviews prior to this one, but Sharad was able to get something very personal out of me that no one else did before. Through numerous meetings getting to know each other, he made me feel like two friends talking. I also loved that he took himself out of the interview and just presented the answers.
