I had a great interview with Josh Rimer this week. Josh Rimer is an award winning actor and videographer who has in recent years become a YouTube personality and expert. He started in TV producing and co-starred in Brothers TV <http://www.brotherstv.com/> , a comedy variety show which aired in three countries, and then made the switch to online videos. He now has almost 2 million views on his main YouTube channel <http://www.youtube.com/joshrimer> and has recently started two other channels as well. Josh is now an official YouTube Partner and does consulting and public speaking on how people and businesses can better use YouTube to get more views on their videos and in turn get more exposure for themselves online.

I got a chance to sit down with my great friend and international comedian Greg Kettner. (Gregkettner.com). Greg talks about how Social Media plays a part in moulding his comedy business.
I find that Facebook has become a staple of my daily routine. For many this is a platform for social interaction, catching up on peoples lives without being directly involved. I use this platform as a great area of letting people know what you are up to in a very promotional way.
There are many layers to Facebook; pictures, videos, notes, fan pages; the key is to remember that once you post it...it is up there for everyone to see. Be sure you want people to see and know about your life and what you are doing as it directly reflects on your character to the viral world.
Don't be scared and not post anything; the key is to be conscious of who is watching. What everyone needs to remember is that Social Media is not going anywhere and the context is growing and making people wonder...WHATS NEXT?
